Chase Whitworth, DVM is one of the founders of Southern Veterinary Partners and provides leadership, support, and guidance to our hospitals as a VP of Clinical Operations.

Dr. Whitworth grew up on a cattle farm with five siblings in Madison, Alabama which developed his passion for veterinary medicine along with working at his father’s small animal veterinary practice.

After receiving his veterinary degree from Auburn University he began working at a small animal clinic in 2008. In 2012, he became managing veterinarian at our Patton Chapel Animal Clinic in Hoover, Alabama. As a practicing veterinarian, Dr. Whitworth takes a special interest in surgery, reproduction, dermatology, and internal medicine. He is also a member of the Alabama Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
