Cheyenne Kruse is the VP of Business Development for California. With a decade of experience in the veterinary industry, she understands that the most valuable part of your practice is your people. Having spent most of her time in the partnerships space, Cheyenne has also held roles in HR and Operations, fostering a background that uniquely positions her to understand both the human and strategic sides of complex business decisions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Oregon State University, and has been with Mission Pet Health since May 2025.

Throughout her career, Cheyenne has worked closely with veterinary hospital owners, gaining firsthand insight into the operational, emotional, and financial realities of running a practice. She is passionate about educating practice owners on how thoughtful partnership opportunities can support not only their personal and financial goals, but also create positive, sustainable outcomes for their teams and the communities they serve.

Cheyenne is based in the Pacific Northwest just outside of Portland, OR. When she’s not working, she’s usually reading a book or outside with her husband, Dane, and their son, Koen. Their family is completed by Beacon, an Australian Shepherd, and Cuervo, a Border Collie.
