Meet Cindy Karasek, the current VP for Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Cindy Karasek attended the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee with degrees in Business and Chemistry. She has dedicated her career to empowering others to achieve their full potential. With a deep respect for the sacrifices and risks that veterinary business owners take and an admiration for their entrepreneurial spirit, Cindy has been a trusted partner in the animal health industry since 2005.

Before joining MVP, now Mission Pet Health, in 2018, shortly after it was founded, Cindy supported hundreds of veterinary hospitals and teams during her tenure at a leading veterinary pharmaceutical company, Pfizer Animal Health (now Zoetis). During this time, she fostered a deep passion for the extraordinary individuals within the veterinary field and recognized the opportunity corporate partnerships could have to transform lives positively if done the right way. Over the years, Cindy has successfully guided more than 50 hospital partnerships, primarily in the Midwest. Her approach emphasizes creating agreements that inspire confidence and excitement in owners and a smooth and successful transition for their team.

Her greatest joy is building lasting relationships with selling partners and hearing their stories of success—personal and professional growth, happy teams, and thriving practices a year or more after partnering.

Cindy resides in Wisconsin with her husband, David, her children, Jackson and Chloe, and a lively menagerie of pets. Her furry family almost all started as brief foster stays and includes two cats, Honey Nut and Louie, and a Bichon Poodle named Gracie.

Her family also recently took on the challenge of a puppy and now has a spirited, long-haired dachshund named Winston.

Cindy’s love for interesting people is matched with exploring interesting places, and she enjoys seeking adventures in U.S. National Parks, new countries, and warmer destinations. She is passionate about helping veterinary practice owners find a partnership they can be proud of. Cindy is honored to contribute to the ongoing success of those within the veterinary industry and looks forward to supporting others in their partnership journey.
