Jenn Kupneski joined SVP + MVP, now Mission Pet Health, in February 2024 as the Vice President of Business Development for the state of California. With over six years of experience in the veterinary industry, Jenn has built strong relationships across the western region, fostering growth and collaboration within the field.

Before transitioning into the veterinary space, Jenn worked in human healthcare, specializing in the orthodontic sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with minors in Rhetoric & Writing Studies and Psychology from San Diego State University.

Beyond her professional career, Jenn is also a dedicated Lagree instructor, teaching part-time at a studio in Point Loma. She currently resides in San Diego with her boyfriend, Trevor, and their beloved cat, Nilly.
