Lizzie brings 20+ years of experience leading talent strategy, organizational development, business transformation, employee engagement, and human capital initiatives across healthcare, financial services and retail markets.

Prior to joining Mission in July, Lizzie served as the Chief People Officer of ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, where she strategically led the people team, addressed sourcing and recruitment needs, and retained top talent across an expanding organization. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at Guaranteed Rate and held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and The Limited.

She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Purdue University Northwest and is a founding member of the International Council of Purdue Women, a global network connecting alumni through mentorship, leadership and professional development. She lives in Chicago with her husband Rene and son Alan, alongside their two cats, Maggie and Stampy.
