Recruiting SMS Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Southern Veterinary Partners, LLC, d/b/a Mission Pet Health, (“Mission”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the text (SMS) messages we send to job applicants. This only applies to our Recruiting SMS messages and does not replace any terms in our General Privacy Policy.
Consent for SMS communications is obtained when you voluntarily provide your phone number on our job application forms, through our career portals, or during direct communication with our recruiters. When you apply for a position, we collect your mobile number, communication preferences, and reference limited information from your application (such as your name, and the position you applied for) so we can send you relevant messages.
We use your mobile number and the information provided to us in your application solely to communicate with you about your candidacy, including updates on your job application, interview scheduling, job alerts, offer letters, recruiting events, and onboarding communication.
We work with Avature Limited Company (“Avature”), provider of our Applicant Tracking System, to send these messages on our behalf, and with Twilio Inc., who delivers the messages through mobile carriers. Avature accesses your information from our Applicant Tracking System only to send these messages and does not modify your application data.
We do NOT share your mobile or consent information with any third parties for marketing or promotion purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will NOT be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers named above (Avature and Twilio), solely to operate this messaging program, and as otherwise required by law.
We retain your information only as long as needed for the recruiting process. If you would like to have your information deleted or modified, please use our webform and submit a request for Deletion or a request for Modification.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us by clicking here. Providing SMS is voluntary and is not required to apply for or obtain employment with Mission. Opting out of texts will not affect your job application.
This program and its data are hosted and processed in the United States.
Message frequency varies based on your recruitment stage. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
