Recruiting SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Your Information is NOT Sold to 3rd Parties:

Your personal information (Phone Numbers, name, address, etc.) obtained as part of the employment application process will not be sold or otherwise shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Your Information is only shared with 3rd Parties as is Required to Process Your Application for Employment:

Your personal information may be shared and disclosed to third parties for purposes related to the employment application process, such as back ground checks, skill evaluations, and screenings. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

3. Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Mission Pet Health Recruiters, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Appointment Reminders
• Follow-up Messages
• Candidate Status
• Job Offers
• Job Opportunities
• Events Near You

4. Consenting to SMS messaging is not required to be considered for employment with Mission Pet Health.

5. Revoking consent to SMS messaging will not make you ineligible for employment.

6. Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.

7. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

8. Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Mission Pet Health and its Recruiters in the following ways:

• By submitting an online form for employment and checking the consent to SMS messaging box.
• By providing written consent to employment seeking and employment opportunities related SMS messaging at a recruiting event.

9. Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list. This can be done via an email to recruiting@missionpethealth.com or by providing written notice to our offices located at 2204 Lakeshore Drive, Suite 325, Homewood, AL 35209 attn: Recruiting.

10. Help or Support:

If you need assistance with your text message, simply reply with the word “HELP” to the message you received for assistance. If your question is not answered, please send an email to recruiting@missionpethealth.com.
For any employment application related assistance or questions related to your application for employment with Mission Pet Heath, please send an email to recruiting@missionpethealth.com or reach out to the recruiter you have previously communicated with.

12. Communications Restrictions:

Communications sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if network capacity is not available at that time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond Verizon’s, T-Mobile’s or a Supported Carrier’s (as defined below) control may interfere with message delivery, including your equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received, and that Verizon, T-Mobile® or any Supported Carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered. Message and data rates may apply. By opting into the Communications, you hereby expressly consent to receive recurring Communications via text messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology for employment related purposes such as opportunities and status updates. Consent to these terms is not a condition of employment or a requirement to receive any offers of employment from Mission Pet Health.
