What does practice ownership without the headaches really look like?

For any veterinarian who is considering, or has opened and operated their own practice, the experience can be extremely rewarding and, oftentimes, very frustrating. 

 

The things we love most about giving care to our patients and clients can quickly get overrun with all of the ancillary things that come with business ownership.  Since joining the Livewell/Mission team, I can’t express the uplifting feeling of having an entire “team” on the back end that contends, handles, and resolves most of those business related concerns.  HR, payroll, marketing, budgetary constraints, and a host of other areas that can quickly wear a person down, become the joint efforts and tasks of a group of highly qualified people in their focus areas of expertise to deal with them promptly and effectively.
